A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit goes towards securing your time slot and is a testament to your commitment. The amount of the deposit will depend on the length and type of session booked.

For the safety and comfort of both parties, I require a simple verification process for new clients. This step is crucial to establish trust and ensure a secure environment.

Verification Steps:

1. Initial Contact: Reach out via the contact form or email with your session request.

2. Identification Provide a clear photo of your government-issued ID. You may cover any sensitive information except your name and photo for privacy.

3. Social Media or Professional Profile: Share a link to a social media profile (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) or a professional website to verify your identity.

4. Deposit Confirmation: Once your ID is verified, complete the deposit payment as instructed.

- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your booked session without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may impact your ability to book future sessions.

- Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except in the rare event that I must cancel the session.
